Item broke within first few days
Item broken within first few days of wear. I took a picture and emailed customer service. No response.

Do not buy from Harper
Harper provides terrible customer service. They replied to my query about a separate shipping charge from the delivery company saying that the cost to me was all inclusive. But the delivery company says that’s not how Harper filled out the shipping label. Now Harper won’t respond and I’m being told to pay an added $40.
